To apply, please provide your name and email address below and indicate whether you would like to be considered a patient reviewer (patient, caregiver, and patient advocate), a stakeholder reviewer (health care and other industry stakeholder who does not conduct research as a primary activity), or a scientist reviewer (content expert or methodologist whose primary activity is research).
Then we will ask for information to characterize your areas of qualification or interest. These questions will include disease or health conditions, healthcare experiences, and personal traits (age or membership in specific populations). We will also ask stakeholders and scientists about research methodologies.
Finally, we will ask you to provide information about personal and financial connections that may pose a conflict of interest with you reviewing specific reports. This information is for reporting purposes for any reviewers who participate in PCORI's peer review.
NOTE: If you are returning to this site to complete or update your application, you must use the same e-mail address as your previous entry.
